Because each item is made with your cremains ashes, we unfortunately cannot offer refunds once your mounting has been ordered or your keepsake has been custom crafted, but we are happy to work with you to assure your satisfaction. We do not make extra beads for the rings to act as client backup emergency replacements, so please read our section on caring for your keepsake jewelry so you can experience lifetime enjoyment. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us immediately, and we will work with you. Shipping charges are not refundable.
LOST OR STOLEN OR DAMAGED MAIL
If your package is lost or stolen or damaged, we have no way of replacing a piece of one-of-a-kind jewelry. Claims for lost packages must go through the shipping carrier.
PLAN ON KEEPING SOME ASHES
If you plan to scatter your loved one’s ashes, please reserve one teaspoon of ashes aside in a safe place for creating your memorial art — besides what you send to us. Some reasons to keep additional ashes:
1. Lost in the mail: we do not receive the ashes or you do not receive the art.
2. You decide to order additional keepsake jewelry.
3. Your memorial keepsake is stolen and you want to reorder.
We accept Paypal or Major Credit Cards through our Direct Checkout.
WASHINGTON STATE RESIDENTS: 8.6% Sales Tax is added to your purchase if you are a resident of the State of Washington.
No order will be started before payment has cleared and ashes are received.
SHIPPING TO INTERNATIONAL BUYERS
BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER, CHECK WITH YOUR LOCAL POSTAL AUTHORITIES AS SOME COUNTRIES HAVE RESTRICTIONS ON JEWELRY
With purchase, you agree to the following: If your country charges a Value Added Tax (VAT) on imported goods, these charges are the Buyer’s responsibility and duty to pay. Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country for the purchase price. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country.
***All charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; We have no control over these charges, cannot predict what they may be and I am not responsible for paying them.
**** Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delivery delays outside of my control. When purchasing more than one item, shipping is combined. An order of more than one item will not be broken into multiple packages to avoid import duties. Full purchase price is listed on each customs form. Items will not be listed as “gift” – they are Merchandise.
ORDER USING HUMAN CREMAINS

You will have your choice of First Class, Priority or Priority Express at check out.
