  1. Hello I ordered a necklace at the Orange County Pet Exp and cannot find the receipt. I just ordered another one online. Can I get a copy of the original receipt to send with the ashes?

    I just lost my Babygirl (lab/spaniel) this week and I want to have a ring made with some of her cremations. Can you please let me know how this process starts. I will be getting her back this weekend and I was not sure how much you will need and how you go about getting them and such. I am so heartbroken and I want to make sure her travels are safe and sound to you. I look forward to hearing from you.

      I am so sorry for your loss!! There are never sufficient words to express the pain I know you’re going through!! I would love to make you a memorial keepsake of Babygirl. The process is easy. Once you purchase whatever you want, we will be notified and send you out an ash collection kit. It has full instructions and I only need a small amount of ash, about a 1/2 teaspoon. You mail the addressed envelope back to us and I create your keepsake jewelry.

      Also, if possible, a photo and just a little information regarding your pet would be great (either included with the returned ash kit or here online). I like to have a photo and some info while I am working with the ashes creating the glass component. I always try and acknowledge and assure them they have not been forgotten and are still very loved … kind of a spiritual thing!

    1. I’m sorry but we don’t do engraving but that’s something you can get at a later date.

  4. I placed an order on December 23 and have not received my kit as of today.

    1. Hi Stephanie … it was sent out the Monday after Christmas. Must have gotten lost in the Christmas rush. I will send another out immediately … my apologies!!
